200 East 75th Street

A refreshing take on classic upper east side living. This intimate building provides a boutique residential experience.

Welcome to 200 East 75th Street

200 E 75th St, New York

A refreshing take on classic upper east side living. Architecture by Beyer Blinder Belle honors tradition with a limestone, brick, and glazed terracotta façade featuring large windows to foster light-filled residences. With 36 residences across 18 stories, this intimate building provides a boutique residential experience. Arched doorways, filtered light, and richly veined marble flooring bring a sense of intimacy to the lobby.

"The entry of Hôtel de Crillon in Paris was my inspiration for the lobby. I wanted to create a welcoming jewel box space." — AD100 Architect And Designer, Elizabeth Graziolo, Yellow House Architects

"Much of the inspiration for my landscapes emerges from the misty coasts of Maine, what the locals there call Sea Smoke. I want my work to softly embrace a space, rather than shout for attention, allowing the viewer to escape in a dream-like, dematerialized experience." — Lobby Muralist, Dean Barger, Dean Barger Studios

Residences

Residences feel comfortingly familiar yet new and exciting. Yellow House Architects founder Elizabeth Graziolo shows us the Upper East Side through a new lens in residences designed for an elevated yet relaxed lifestyle. Private and semi-private elevator vestibules open into gallery-style foyers in select residences, light-filled interiors are timeless and sophisticated, and finely crafted architectural millwork brings understated polish throughout each home.

Expansive living and dining spaces finished in a soft neutral palette of bleached oak and light stones and marbles are as comfortable for everyday living as they are for entertaining. Yellow House Architects drew on their experience designing for private chefs to lay out kitchens that are functional and beautiful. Primary bathrooms featuring a free-standing bathtub in an arched alcove offer an escape within an escape.

Every element of the residences is thoughtfully considered, including richly detailed powder rooms.

Penthouses

In addition to soaring ceilings and one or more terraces, each full-floor penthouse has a unique floorplan and curated features. Penthouses wrapped in natural light and surrounded by sparkling skyline views offer remarkable indoor-outdoor living. Skyline views and glimpses of Central Park add touches of glamour to expansive living and entertainment spaces. With refined lines and rich materiality, interiors have a timeless quality. All living spaces are finished with crown molding, base molding, and doorway casings. Kitchens inspired by professional private chefs are designed with generous space to dine at a table.

Each penthouse features custom interiors by Yellow House Architects that balance classic elegance with warmth and sophistication.

Amenities

Amenities, inside and out, create a welcoming ambience that is modern and elevated. A collection of welcoming spaces inside and landscaped spaces outside serve as extensions of home. From social areas catering to a variety of ages and interests, to a light-filled state-of-the-art gym, amenities feel thoroughly in tune with life on today’s Upper East Side.

"For the social amenities, I was thinking about New York City’s iconic members’ clubs. I wanted to create a welcoming ambiance but also modern and elevated."  AD100 Architect And Designer, Elizabeth Graziolo, Yellow House Architects

Gracious living extends to the landscaped roof terrace – the perfect place to enjoy time in the skyline above the bustle of city streets. French oak-paneled walls, cozy nooks, and fireside armchairs in the parlor are nods to historic social clubs. In the parlor, a tufted velvet alcove is perfect for quiet conversation and a dining table enjoys views of the garden. Contemporary interpretations of classic furnishings and jewel-toned accents feel fresh and inviting. The parlor opens to a landscaped garden that serves as residents’ exclusive oasis in the heart of the Upper East Side. The garden is transformed at night with thoughtful landscape lighting and an outdoor fireplace.

A visit to Musée de la Chasse in Paris inspired the leather-accented walls and warm ambient lighting in the billiards room. A multi-sport simulator enables residents to hone their skills in golf, hockey, soccer, and baseball. The cinema with plush seating and dinner-club-inspired lighting, can be reserved for private screenings.

Fitness and wellness are just an elevator ride away in the state-of-the-art fitness center with a dedicated yoga room. Next to the gym, a sauna is available for relaxing after working out or returning from a run in Central Park.

With a recording booth and state-of-the-art and sound-mixing equipment, the music room is ideal for everything from music lessons to jam sessions. The children’s playroom, featuring a climber with a slide, a miniature kitchen, and a market with a cash register, brings the youngest residents together.
